Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Executive / Supervisor for our RMC Plant at Ankleshwar. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities at the RMC plant.
Ensure timely batching and dispatch of concrete as per site requirements.
Coordinate with plant operators, site teams, and dispatch team.
Maintain production records and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished concrete.
Minimize production delays and handle operational issues efficiently.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil or related field.
Basic knowledge of RMC plant operations.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in RMC plant or construction industry.
Knowledge of batching plant operations.
Ability to handle pressure and manage shifts independently.
