Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to oversee daily logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, deliveries, inventory movement, and ensuring timely execution of logistics activities while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate daily dispatch, transportation, and delivery schedules.
Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and installation teams.
Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and transport records.
Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues promptly.

Inventory & Warehouse Support:

Coordinate inventory movement between warehouses and project sites.
Monitor stock availability and support inventory control activities.
Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment updates.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners.
Handle customer queries related to logistics and deliveries professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain logistics MIS reports and shipment tracking records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Good knowledge of transportation, dispatch, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP/WMS or logistics management software is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
