Full job description

Title: Senior Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Dispur

The person will act as the primary coordination point between our recruiters and clients, ensuring that vacancies are collected, suitable candidates are submitted on time, and client feedback is followed up until the position is closed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Client Acquisition

Identify potential companies and establishments that may have recruitment requirements.
Introduce and explain our recruitment and staffing services whenever required.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert prospects into active recruitment clients and obtain hiring mandates.

2. Existing Client Management

Regularly contact existing clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Collect information about current, upcoming, and recurring vacancies.
Understand job requirements, salary ranges, experience requirements, locations, and other hiring criteria.
Follow up with clients for pending requirements and updates.
Maintain accurate records of all client requirements and communications.

3. Candidate Submission & Coordination

Receive shortlisted resumes from the recruitment team.
Review resumes and ensure they match the client's requirements before submission.
Submit suitable candidates to clients in a professional and organized manner.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate information with clients.
Obtain and record client feedback on submitted candidates.
Communicate feedback to recruiters and coordinate further action.
Follow up on candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
Track offers, joining status, replacements, and closed positions.

4. Internal Coordination

Work closely with recruiters to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood.
Inform recruiters about new vacancies and changes in existing requirements.
Monitor the status of submitted candidates.
Ensure that recruiters receive timely feedback from clients.
Maintain accurate records in the company's ATS/CRM and other tracking systems.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone and email communication.
Ability to speak confidently with business owners, HR managers, and hiring managers.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand job requirements and evaluate candidate suitability.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred.
Comfortable using CRM/ATS systems, MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, LinkedIn, and business development tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously.
Must be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with calling and business development.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in business development, recruitment consultancy, staffing, HR or client relationship management will be preferred.
Should be someone who can maintain existing relationships, collect vacancies, coordinate candidate submissions, and drive the recruitment process from requirement to closure.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
