Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping across the production floor.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in footwear/shoe manufacturing.
Experience in sneaker manufacturing will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of footwear production processes and production line management.
Experience in handling factory manpower and production teams.
Good understanding of production planning, productivity and quality control.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
