Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Showroom Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role requires product knowledge, sales expertise, and a commitment to delivering a premium shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Explain jewellery features, purity, certifications, pricing, making charges, and exchange policies clearly to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle high-value transactions accurately and ensure proper billing procedures.
Assist customers with custom orders, bridal jewellery selections, and special occasions.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showcases are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with inventory and store teams for replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.
Mentor junior sales executives by sharing product knowledge and best sales practices.
Support showroom events, exhibitions, festive promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to the showroom manager.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
58 years of experience in jewellery retail sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role.
Experience in selling gold, diamond, and premium jewellery products.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of jewellery valuation, hallmarking, certifications, and retail billing systems.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
