You will learn the fundamentals of project delivery while supporting planning, coordination, quality, safety, reporting, documentation, and contractor management.

Senior Project Engineer (Sr. PE)
As you build expertise, you'll independently manage work packages, lead project coordination meetings, mentor junior engineers, drive project controls, and contribute to commercial and technical decision-making.

You will begin owning larger project packages, manage multidisciplinary teams, interface directly with clients and consultants, oversee cost, schedule, quality and risk, while developing leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
· Support project planning and execution.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
· Monitor project schedules, quality, safety and progress.
· Participate in technical reviews and project meetings.
· Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
· Assist in cost monitoring and project controls.
· Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
· Ensure compliance with engineering standards and statutory requirements.
· Drive continuous improvement across project execution.
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, Marine, Industrial or related disciplines)
· 2–10 years of engineering or operational experience
· Strong planning and coordination skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
· Leadership potential
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Passion to transition into project management
Experience in construction is welcome—but not mandatory.
