About the Role

Easy Site Coders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development, be comfortable working on real-world projects, and have a passion for building clean, responsive, and functional websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Convert designs and requirements into responsive web interfaces.
Work on both new and existing projects.
Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
Integrate APIs and third-party services when required.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members.
Test websites across different browsers and devices.
Maintain proper project documentation and follow development best practices.
Stay updated with modern web development technologies and tools, including AI-assisted development.

Requirements

1–2 years of professional experience in web development.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with modern web development frameworks/libraries.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic knowledge of databases and APIs.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to understand project requirements and work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
