Job Title: Operations Manager – Agile Delivery & Technical Operations

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 1.5 – 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (Technical, Engineering, IT or Management background preferred)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager – Agile Delivery & Technical Operations who can drive operational efficiency, coordinate Agile project delivery, and support high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, resource utilization, and team performance.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement operational improvements.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Track and report operational metrics to management.

Agile Delivery & Project Coordination

Act as a Scrum Master for development and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate effectively between Development, QA, Support, Product, and Management teams.
Monitor sprint progress, identify risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Support release planning, sprint forecasting, and delivery tracking.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead team meetings and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Assign, monitor, and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
Support onboarding, training, and performance optimization of team members.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, management, and clients.
Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and maintain team productivity.

Technical & Process Support

Create and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, sprint reports, and project documentation.
Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational frameworks.
Assist teams in maintaining compliance with SDLC and project governance standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Agile & Project Management Skills

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint delivery.
Knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to track project health, sprint metrics, and delivery performance.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
Experience preparing dashboards, reports, and operational documentation.
Understanding of software development workflows and release management processes.
Knowledge of workflow automation tools is an added advantage.

Operational & Leadership Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Team leadership, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Exposure to Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Coordination, or Operations Management roles.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Knowledge of KPI tracking, process optimization, and operational reporting.
