Job Description – L&D Intern

Position: Learning & Development Intern
Department: Human Resources / Learning & Development
Duration: Minimum 3 to 6 Months
Location: Work From Office

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive L&D Intern who is passionate about people development, training coordination, and workplace learning. The ideal candidate should have a Hotel Management background, strong communication skills, and the ability to support training initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and training materials
Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback trackers
Coordinate with department teams for training schedules and requirements
Support day-to-day Learning & Development activities and HR initiatives
Assist in creating creative and engaging learning content
Preferred Candidate Profile
Pursuing or completed Hotel Management degree/diplomaInternship Details
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Work Mode: Work From Office
Certificate/Experience Letter will be provided upon successful completion
