Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who lives and breathes Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for multiple client accounts. You must be able to manage significant ad spends, hit ROAS/ROI targets, and provide actionable insights using GA4 and platform analytics. This is a fully onsite role at our Hebbal office (near Manyata Tech Park) – collaboration with our creative, branding, and automation teams is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max (P Max), and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – prospecting, retargeting, dynamic creatives, and Advantage+ campaigns.
- Own daily budget management, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to achieve target ROI and ROAS.
- Set up and interpret Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – conversion tracking, event setup, attribution analysis, and custom reporting.
- Use Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking where needed for accurate data.
- Collaborate with the lead automation team to align ad campaigns with CRM and marketing automation workflows.
- Generate weekly and monthly client reports with insights, pivot recommendations, and next-step action plans.
- Stay ahead of platform changes – Privacy Sandbox, iOS updates, Performance Max best practices, and Meta Advantage+.

- 5+ years of hands-on keyboard experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency or high-growth brand side).
- Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of ₹15L+ across multiple clients.
- Certifications: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Certified (Media Buying, Digital Marketing Associate).
- Deep understanding of ROI-driven decision making – not just spend, but profitable acquisition.
- Experience with B2B lead generation and D2C e-commerce campaigns (both preferred).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Excellent communication – you will present insights to clients and internal teams.
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
- Previous agency experience (handling 5+ client accounts simultaneously).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, or Programmatic Display.
- Basic knowledge of SEO or Email Marketing to align cross-channel.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or LeadSquared for lead handoff.

- 100% onsite at Hebbal, Nagavara (5-min walk from Manyata Tech Park Gate 4).
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible for campaign launches).
- Weekly in-person team reviews, creative brainstorming, and live dashboards.
