Job Summary:

The Office assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day school operations, with a strong focus on administrative coordination and facility management. The role requires close collaboration with the admin team and school management to maintain an efficient, safe, and well-organized school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Coordination

Support daily administrative operations of the school.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to school operations.

2. Facility Management

Oversee maintenance of school infrastructure including classrooms, washrooms, playground, and common areas.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and other essential services.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the campus.

3. Daily Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day school activities and ensure operational efficiency.
Manage logistics related to school events, transport, and general arrangements.
Ensure availability of required materials and supplies.

4. Coordination & Communication

Act as a bridge between management, admin staff, and support staff.
Ensure timely communication and execution of instructions from management.
Coordinate with security personnel and housekeeping teams.

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety norms and school policies.
Monitor security arrangements and emergency preparedness.
Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in administration/facility management (school experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (electrical/plumbing/civil).
Ability to handle vendors and manage teams effectively.

Other Requirements:

Flexible and available for extended hours during events or emergencies.
Proactive, responsible, and problem-solving attitude.
