Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing neurosurgical cases while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurosurgical patients.
Perform neurosurgical procedures with a high standard of clinical excellence.
Manage emergency and elective neurosurgical cases.
Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, ICU teams, radiologists, and other specialists.
Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-operative care.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.

Requirements:

Pay: ₹157,025.90 - ₹1,360,935.83 per year
