ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a commercially strong professional with experience in commercial contracts, procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration. This role is critical to protecting the company's commercial interests while ensuring cost-effective procurement and robust contractual governance. The candidate is not expected to be a practicing lawyer, but must be able to review, negotiate, and coordinate commercial agreements effectively with internal and external legal teams. Procurement Handle procurement of: ∙HVAC ∙Lifts & Elevators ∙DG Sets ∙Electrical Systems ∙Fire Fighting Systems ∙Civil Works ∙Interior Fit-outs ∙Facility Management Services ∙Annual Maintenance Contracts Responsible for: ∙RFQ/RFP ∙Tender Evaluation ∙Vendor Selection ∙Commercial Negotiation ∙Purchase Orders ∙Work Orders ∙Vendor Performance Review REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE The candidate should understand the purpose of the following clauses: ∙Payment Terms ∙Security Deposit ∙Indemnity ∙Limitation of Liability ∙Liquidated Damages ∙Warranty ∙Force Majeure ∙Dispute Resolution ∙Arbitration ∙Termination ∙Confidentiality ∙Insurance ∙Defect Liability Period The candidate should be able to discuss these clauses confidently and identify potential commercial risks.
