Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICA Financial Contract Accounting Functional Expert to drive the endtoend design configuration data migration and testing for our largescale SAP landscape
This position requires deep functional expertise to manage sophisticated FICA operations and stabilization across 90100 new company codes The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex configurations financial data migration and integration points while providing robust support and leading the testing lifecycle to ensure flawless system operations
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Configuration Lead the blueprinting and configuration of FICA processes including Dunning Payments Returns Security Deposits and Account Maintenance
Advanced FICA Operations Design and configure sophisticated processes such as Lockbox processing complex clearing rules and automated installment plans
GL Transfer Reconciliation Manage the seamless transfer of FICA postings to the General Ledger FIGL Ensure absolute data integrity and reconciliation between Contract Accounting and the General Ledger
Data Migration Expertise Act as the FICA SME for the data migration team Map extract load and strictly validate financial data across 90100 companies
System Integration Drive the integration of FICA with other core SAP modules FICO SD and thirdparty external collection tools eg E42
Production Support Testing Provide Tier3 BAU support and defect resolution Develop and execute comprehensive functional test scripts lead System Integration Testing SIT and support User Acceptance Testing UAT
Required Skills Qualifications
Experience 3 to 5 years of extensive handson experience as an SAP FICA Functional Consultant with a proven track record in fulllifecycle implementations and support projects
S4HANA Migration Knowledge Familiarity with S4HANA architecture is highly preferred Previous experience in an SAP ECC to S4HANA migration project is a strong plus but not mandatory
Deep Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of FICA architecture major tables eg DFKKKO DFKKOP FKKVKP and Business Partner BP integration
Core Competencies Mastery of GL transfers Lockbox processing mass activity runs and dunning strategies
Communication Strong ability to translate complex financial business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions and effectively communicate with stakeholders
