Full job description

Job Title: Onsite Merchandising Leader

Location: India office (offshore, supporting the UK business)

Department: Marketing

Contract: Permanent

About the Role- looking for an Onsite Merchandising Leader to run our Deal Approvals Team — the team that reviews every deal signed by our sales teams, holds it to a strict quality standard, and moves it through to our copy team ready to go live. This team is the gateway between a deal being signed and a deal making money, so speed, accuracy and commercial judgement are everything.

You'll manage the team day to day, own the flow of the new deals pipeline, keep the site looking sharp and seasonally relevant, and make sure the deals that matter most to the business are reviewed, approved, and live on site as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Deal Approvals Team on a day-to-day basis, setting clear priorities and maintaining high standards of review quality
Own the new deals pipeline, ensuring deals from key categories are prioritised so they are reviewed, approved, written and live on site faster
Review deals against strict quality and compliance standards, providing clear, constructive feedback to sales teams where deals fall short
Ensure every deal is tagged to the correct locations with accurate predicted net revenue — critical inputs that determine where and how prominently deals appear on site
Own onsite tiles, ensuring they reflect upcoming and current trade periods and are uploaded and set accurately and on time
Move approved deals through to the copy team promptly, keeping the pipeline flowing without bottlenecks
Report on team output, pipeline health, and approval turnaround times to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing people or leading a team
Strong commercial acumen — you understand which deals drive revenue and instinctively prioritise accordingly
Exceptional attention to detail — small tagging or data errors have a direct impact on deal visibility and revenue
Excellent communication skills, able to give clear and constructive feedback to stakeholders
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or deal/content quality assurance
Familiarity with content management or deal pipeline tools

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
