Job Description – HR Operations & Recruitment Executive

Job Title: HR Operations & Recruitment Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Bangalore
Industry: FMCG / Personal Care / Wellness / D2C / Manufacturing
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – HR

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about hiring the right talent, creating seamless HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and consultancies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and manage onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.

HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and timesheets.
Assist in payroll inputs and statutory documentation.
Handle employee confirmation, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR letters, policies, and employee communications.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

HR Administration

Maintain HR MIS and employee databases.
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning.
Support performance management activities.
Ensure timely documentation and record maintenance.
Assist in organizing employee events and engagement activities.

Required Skills

Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Knowledge of HRMS tools (KEKA experience is an added advantage).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
2–4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, D2C, Retail, or Personal Care industries will be preferred.

Location: Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
