We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, and Business Development .
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, connecting with prospects, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce and pitch StoreHippo's e-commerce solutions to potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and sales potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and pipeline management.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and meeting targets.
- Freshers with a Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field .
- Candidates with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and SaaS .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Business Development.
- Interest in SaaS, Technology, and E-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
