Job Description: Creative Multimedia Specialist (Video Editor & Graphic Designer)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and energetic Creative Multimedia Specialist to join our production team. In this hybrid role, you will act as a one-person creative engine—seamlessly bridging the gap between advanced static graphic design and high-engagement video production.This role is perfectly tailored for an early-career creator or a talented fresher (0 to 2 years of experience) who possesses an adaptable toolset. You will be responsible for translating marketing concepts into striking visuals and fast-turnaround video assets across all digital and print mediums.

Detailed Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Identity

Advanced Asset Creation: Design high-impact visual assets for social media feeds (carousels, single posts, stories), web banners, and digital display advertisements.
Vector Layouts & Print Production: Utilize vector design software to create print-ready files including brochures, flyers, event banners, and corporate stationery, ensuring proper print margins and bleed setups.
Photo Manipulation & Editing: Retouch, color-correct, and manipulate imagery, compositing different visual elements together into seamless creative composites.
Rapid Template Development: Build out a clean library of reusable templates to ensure rapid content scaling while strictly maintaining brand consistency.

Video Editing & Post-Production

Multi-Format Editing: Edit highly engaging video content ranging from viral short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) to longer-form corporate, promotional, and narrative videos.
Visual & Audio Continuity: Assemble raw footage, cut scenes, master sound profiles, synchronize voiceovers, and incorporate trending background audio or sound effects (SFX).
Dynamic Enhancements: Integrate motion graphics, sleek transitions, lower-thirds, pop-up text elements, and accurate captions/subtitles to maximize viewer retention from the first 3 seconds.
Platform Optimization: Export, format, and optimize final video files for different platform requirements, aspect ratios, and compression thresholds without sacrificing visual clarity.

Required Toolset & Technical ProficiencyApplicants must demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency in the following software ecosystem:

For Graphic Design:

Adobe Photoshop: Expert image manipulation, color grading, background removal, layer masking, and digital compositing.
CorelDRAW: High-precision vector tracing, multi-page layout design, print-ready file setup, and typography management.
Canva: Mastery of Canva Pro workspaces, leveraging brand kits, generating rapid social layouts, and collaborating efficiently using cloud templates.

For Video Editing:

Adobe Premiere Pro: Advanced timeline editing, multi-camera sequences, color grading (Lumetri color), and structured project organization.
Wondershare Filmora: Rapid-turnaround video assembly, applying curated overlays, and building out clean commercial video packages.
CapCut: Native familiarity with short-form vertical video optimization, utilizing viral transitions, precise keyframing, and smart text/caption tracking features.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. We highly welcome passionate, self-taught freshers with an exceptional portfolio, as well as junior professionals ready to scale up.
Education: Degree, Diploma, or specialized certification in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Portfolio / Showreel (Mandatory): A comprehensive portfolio showcasing live links to published videos (Reels/Shorts/Long-form) alongside source files or exported images of graphic layouts (specifically Photoshop composites and CorelDRAW vector works).
Industry Awareness: Solid understanding of digital safe zones, platform-specific aspect ratios, and current internet/social media trends.

Core Soft Skills

Multitasking & Agility: Ability to rapidly pivot between a technical vector design task and a fast-paced short-form video edit to meet quick turnaround marketing timelines.
Growth Mindset: Openness to accepting constructive design iterations and executing video revisions efficiently based on feedback.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting typos in graphic copies, misalignment in layouts, and audio-to-video sync issues in final renders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
