Full job description

Job Summary

Tarini Edifice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Chairman to provide strategic administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, planning, and decision-support skills while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. The selected candidate will be based at our Visakhapatnam (Vizag) office and should be willing to travel extensively for official assignments across locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, government authorities, and business partners.
Draft professional emails, business correspondence, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up action items, and executive summaries.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate domestic travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
Support strategic initiatives, project coordination, and business operations.
Maintain organized records, business documents, and executive files.
Represent the Chairman in meetings and coordinate with stakeholders whenever required.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Professional drafting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and strong interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

MBA or B.Tech (Preferred).
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
Candidates with prior experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Business Coordination, or Office Management will be preferred.
Freshers and Experienced with exceptional communication, organizational skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel extensively for official assignments (TA provided).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
