Full job description

We are looking for a smart, responsible and well-organized Office Coordinator who can efficiently manage day-to-day office administration along with E-commerce operations and Social Media management.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting management, handling online marketplaces, and managing the company’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

* Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.

* Coordinate with employees, vendors, clients and management.

* Maintain office records, documents, files and databases.

* Handle office correspondence, emails and basic documentation.

* Coordinate meetings, appointments and office requirements.

* Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement.

* Prepare basic reports, MIS and daily/weekly updates.

* Ensure smooth functioning of routine office activities.

E-commerce Management

* Manage products and listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and company website.

* Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.

* Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and customer queries.

* Coordinate with warehouse, courier/logistics and internal teams.

* Monitor product performance, sales and stock levels.

* Assist in promotional campaigns and marketplace activities.

* Prepare basic sales and e-commerce reports.

Social Media Management

* Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and schedule regular posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

* Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors for creative requirements.

* Respond to basic comments, messages and customer enquiries.

* Maintain consistent brand communication and online presence.

* Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.

* Assist in social media campaigns and digital promotions.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Workspace.

* Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.

* Understanding of Instagram, Facebook and social media management.

* Good organizational and coordination skills.

* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

* Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation will be an advantage.

* Good English and Hindi communication skills.

* Should be proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, computer-savvy, quick to learn and capable of handling both administrative and digital responsibilities.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
