Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UDISE Clerk with 4–5 years of experience in handling UDISE-related work in a reputed school. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of school documentation, student data management, and compliance with education department guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update all UDISE+ data accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
Ensure timely submission of UDISE reports and maintain compliance with government regulations.
Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, staff details, infrastructure, and other school-related information.
Coordinate with the Principal, Administrative Office, and Education Department for UDISE-related activities.
Verify and reconcile student and staff data before uploading to the UDISE portal.
Maintain digital and physical records of all UDISE documents and reports.
Assist in preparing data for inspections, audits, and government verification.
Generate reports as required by school management and education authorities.
Handle correspondence related to UDISE and other statutory school records.
Support the administration team in maintaining school databases and documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all school records.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
4–5 years of experience as a UDISE Clerk or in a similar role in a school.
Strong knowledge of the UDISE+ Portal and education department procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and data entry.
Good understanding of school administration and record management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling student admissions, school records, and government compliance.
Knowledge of education board documentation (CBSE/State Board) will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
