Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform all embryology procedures including ICSI, embryo culture, grading, freezing, and thawing.
Ensure compliance with ART Act, laboratory SOPs, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Supervise and mentor junior embryologists and lab staff.
Coordinate with IVF consultants and clinical teams for patient treatment planning.
Support quality control, audits, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

8–10 years of IVF laboratory experience.
Strong hands-on experience in ICSI, embryology, and cryopreservation procedures.
Knowledge of ART Act, NABL, ISO, and quality compliance standards.
Leadership and team management experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
