Job Title: Sales Officer – Furniture Hardware Industry
Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing Dealers, and strengthening the company’s presence within an assigned geographic area. The role focuses on developing dealer networks, supporting OEM and modular furniture manufacturers, and ensuring consistent execution of sales and marketing strategies in the furniture hardware segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations & Support
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Work closely with sales teams (product, marketing, and technical support)
- Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and forecast demand.
- Execute promotional plans, dealer meets, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports to sales leadership.
2. Channel Management
- Appoint, manage, and support dealers
- Ensure adequate product availability, distribution depth, and brand visibility.
- Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, claims, and credit management.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with OEMs, modular kitchen manufacturers, carpenters, interior contractors, and architects.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and site visits.
- Address customer queries, after-sales issues, and support requests promptly.
4. Market Development
- Identify new opportunities, key projects, and potential customers within the territory.
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and new product introductions.
- Provide periodic market feedback for product improvement and strategy planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–6 years of sales experience in the furniture hardware /building materials / interior products / plywood/laminates/ related industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks across assigned areas – Thrissur, Palakkad, and Malappuram.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North Kerala.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
