Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Executive to join our freight forwarding and logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling pricing activities for air, sea, and land shipments, coordinating with carriers and agents, and preparing competitive quotations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents for rate negotiations
Analyze market trends and maintain competitive pricing strategies
Handle customer inquiries related to pricing and logistics solutions
Maintain updated tariff sheets, rate contracts, and pricing records
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers to achieve cost-effective solutions
Ensure timely responses to RFQs and customer requirements
Monitor profit margins and support management with pricing analysis reports
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and agents

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics pricing
Good understanding of air freight, sea freight, and customs procedures
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pricing or freight forwarding operations
Experience in handling international freight quotations and rate negotiations
Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Immediate joiners will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
