Job Title: HR Executive

Company Name: Adam Group of Events

Job Location: HiLITE Business Park, Calicut

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.

- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.

- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements, employee concerns, and HR-related activities.

- Monitor daily HR operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Prepare HR reports, maintain performance records, and support the performance appraisal process.

- Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and other HR events.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR matters.

- Support payroll by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.

- Ensure workplace discipline and adherence to company policies.

- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

- Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
