Job Summary

Sepahani Fine Jewellery is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with at least 1 year of retail sales experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury jewellery.

Position: Diamond Boutique Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend premium diamond jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and current jewellery collections.
Explain diamond quality using the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat) with confidence.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and relationship building.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business through regular follow-ups.
Handle billing, order processing, and after-sales service efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper display and care of jewellery.
Keep the showroom clean, elegant, and visually appealing at all times.
Stay updated on new collections, industry trends, and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining the brand's reputation.
Follow company policies regarding security, cash handling, and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery, diamond, luxury retail, or premium fashion sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury products and customer service.
Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery is preferred.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team environment.
Good presentation and grooming standards.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing/POS systems.

Strong product presentation abilities.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary

As per company standards and experience, along with performance-based incentives.
