Our work ranges from custom software and web platforms to full-service digital marketing services.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Team Leader with 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in leading a design team while creating visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, marketing materials, and other digital creatives.
Develop creative concepts and maintain cohesive visual branding across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop effective and engaging visual campaigns.
Review and provide creative feedback on team members' designs.
Ensure consistency in visual branding, typography, color, and overall design standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing practices, and social media formats.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients when required to understand creative requirements and deliver suitable design solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proven team leadership or team management experience in a graphic design environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, and visual communication.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency or creative environment.
Knowledge of current graphic design and social media trends.
Experience creating designs for multiple social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Experience mentoring junior designers and managing creative workflows.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
