Full job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

Generate referrals from doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Promote high-value services (MRI, CT, specialized scans)
Identify new business opportunities in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula

2. Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management

Visit referring doctors (orthopedic, gynecologists, neurologists, physicians, etc.)
Build long-term professional relationships with consultants and hospitals
Ensure regular follow-ups and engagement activities
Address queries related to reports, pricing, and services

3. Field Marketing & Outreach

Conduct regular field visits to clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and screening drives
Distribute promotional materials (brochures, referral pads, visiting cards)
Represent the centre at medical events, CMEs, and conferences

4. Branding & Promotional Activities

Execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Coordinate with digital marketing team for social media and Google promotions
Develop local marketing strategies to increase walk-ins
Maintain brand image and visibility in the region

5. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups

Develop partnerships with corporates for employee health check-ups
Tie-ups with insurance companies, TPAs, and government panels
Handle B2B negotiations and pricing discussions

6. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality
Handle complaints and coordinate with operations team for resolution
Maintain a database of referring doctors and clients

7. Reporting & MIS

Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance reports
Track referral trends and competitor activity
Maintain CRM records and lead tracking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
