We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Med Spa Machine Operator / Aesthetic Technician.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating aesthetic and wellness equipment, performing non-invasive procedures on clients, ensuring client comfort and safety, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Previous experience in a med spa, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or aesthetic setting is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training may be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate aesthetic and wellness equipment according to established protocols.
- Perform non-invasive cosmetic and body-contouring procedures on clients.
- Conduct client consultations and explain treatment procedures.
- Monitor clients during treatments and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after appointments.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
- Educate clients regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Assist with general clinic operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Bachelors Degree or High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetology, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
- Ability to learn and operate specialized aesthetic equipment.
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with laser treatments, body contouring devices, skin rejuvenation equipment, or other aesthetic technologies.
- Certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, nursing, or a related field.
- Sales or client consultation experience.
