Project Executive (Team Support & Solutions)

Job Summary

The Project Executive (Team Support & Solutions) will be responsible for supporting project operations, coordinating with team members, resolving operational issues, monitoring project progress, and ensuring the smooth and timely execution of assigned projects.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and team-support skills. The Project Executive will act as a key link between the project team, management, field employees, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day activities related to assigned projects.
Support the Project Manager and management team in project execution.
Monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate with different departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Maintain project-related records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, presentations, and progress reports.

Team Support

Provide regular operational and administrative support to project teams.
Act as a point of contact for team members regarding project-related requirements.
Identify challenges faced by employees and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Provide guidance and assistance to field and office teams whenever required.
Maintain effective communication between management and project teams.
Monitor team requirements and escalate critical issues to the appropriate authority.

Problem Solving & Solutions

Identify operational issues affecting project execution.
Analyze problems and coordinate with relevant departments to develop practical solutions.
Provide timely support to employees and project teams.
Follow up on unresolved issues until appropriate closure.
Maintain records of recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Support management in implementing process improvements and operational solutions.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Collect and consolidate information from different team members and departments.
Maintain accurate project databases and documentation.
Prepare meeting notes, action points, and follow-up reports.
Track project performance against assigned targets.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with clients, vendors, employees, partners, and other stakeholders as required.
Draft professional emails, letters, notices, reports, and project-related communications.
Organize and coordinate project meetings.
Communicate project updates, instructions, and important information to team members.
Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, team management, or a similar role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
