3D Modeling Artist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Modeling Artist with strong expertise in high-quality 3D asset creation for CGI and real-time workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects, delivering production-ready assets, and maintaining high quality standards across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-poly, highly detailed models for CGI workflows.
Develop optimized low-poly models suitable for GLB / real-time pipelines.
Understand client requirements clearly and follow defined modeling guidelines.
Ensure high-quality output and consistency across projects.
Optimize models for performance without compromising visual quality.
Contribute ideas for workflow improvement and production efficiency.
Stay updated with and use the latest 3D AI tools to enhance productivity.
Independently handle projects from requirement understanding to final delivery.
Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong expertise in any one (or more) of:
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- 3ds Max
Advanced knowledge of:
- High-poly & detailed modeling (CGI pipeline)
- Low-poly optimization for GLB / real-time workflow
Strong sculpting skills in ZBrush
Knowledge of organic and hard-surface sculpting workflows
Basic working knowledge of Marvelous Designer (for cloth simulation)
Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and model optimization
Familiarity with latest AI-based 3D tools and automation workflows

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Deadline-oriented and quality-focused
Adaptable and proactive approach

Experience Required:

2-4 years of experience in 3D modeling
Strong portfolio showcasing CGI and real-time assets
