Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary HR screening.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview rounds and maintain interview calendars.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs.

HR Operations & Administration

Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update attendance, leave, and employee data.
Coordinate employee documentation and verification.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other official documents.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Daily HR Support

Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards.
Handle employee queries related to HR processes.
Ensure timely completion of assigned HR administrative tasks.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
HR certification or recruitment training will be an added advantage.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is preferred.
