HR Cum Admin Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, office administration, documentation, and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling confidential employee information.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Manage the complete employee joining and onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, etc.
Maintain employee databases and HR trackers.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Administration

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, and other facility requirements.
Maintain records of office expenses, bills, vendors, and service providers.
Coordinate with vendors, courier companies, maintenance agencies, and other external parties.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and documentation.
Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events when required.
Maintain important company documents, agreements, licenses, and administrative records.
Monitor office infrastructure, equipment, and other assets.
Coordinate procurement of office requirements and maintain inventory records.
Ensure proper maintenance of company assets and office facilities.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of HR processes and payroll.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a other field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.

Experience in handling both HR and office administration will be preferred.

Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding.
Accuracy of attendance and payroll inputs.
Proper maintenance of employee records.
Timely completion of HR documentation.
Employee query resolution and coordination.
Effective management of office administration.
Timely vendor and facility coordination.
Compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
