Full job description

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeler with a strong background in BIM and structural engineering. You will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project delivery from concept to construction documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on landmark infrastructure and building projects with a forward-thinking team.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for structural and BIM-coordinated projects across all design stages (LOD 100–500).
Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free coordination.
Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks or BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Produce construction drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from Revit in compliance with project BIM standards.
Implement and uphold BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific Revit templates, families, and standards.
Manage and update central Revit files using worksharing best practices and support junior modelers when needed.
Coordinate with project managers to track model deliverables, timelines, and review milestones.

Requirements

3–8 years of hands-on experience in Revit modeling, specifically in structural or multidisciplinary BIM projects.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering OR Mechanical, Architecture, or a related technical field
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure / Architecture), Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
Solid understanding of structural systems reinforced concrete, steel, foundations and how they translate into BIM models.
Experience with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or equivalent project-specific protocols.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams.
