Transport Incharge – Job DescriptionPosition Objective

The Transport Incharge is responsible for managing daily transport operations, ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient transportation services for students, staff, and institutional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage transport scheduling, route planning, and vehicle movement.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, cleanliness, and fuel usage.
Coordinate driver allocation, attendance, and compliance.
Ensure vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and safety compliance are up to date.
Arrange transportation for events, field trips, and special requirements.
Maintain transport records, trip sheets, and operational reports.
Coordinate with vendors, parents, and internal departments for transport-related matters.

Required Skills

Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of fleet management and transport operations.
Ability to manage records, safety compliance, and daily operations efficiently.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in transport/fleet management preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
