Travel Executive

Job Type: Full-time | Remote
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Remote / Work from Home

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Travel Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client handling, travel coordination, relationship management, and supporting brand upliftment activities.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach to client management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle and communicate with clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand client travel requirements and provide appropriate support and coordination.
Assist clients throughout the travel planning and booking process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams and external travel partners whenever required.
Manage client queries, requests, feedback, and concerns efficiently.
Support activities focused on brand upliftment and business growth.
Contribute ideas to improve the company's customer experience and brand presence.
Assist with promotional activities, client engagement, and brand-building initiatives.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and work updates.
Work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
Meet assigned targets, deadlines, and performance expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel, Tourism, Customer Service, Client Handling, Sales Coordination, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of travel planning and customer service.
Ability to handle multiple client requirements and follow-ups.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a travel or tourism-related company is preferred.
Experience in client relationship management and customer support.
Knowledge of social media or basic marketing will be an added advantage for brand upliftment activities.
