Customer Support Executive (Evening Shift)

Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Starting Salary)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In-person (Office-Based) – Durg/Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

About the Role

Takeover Enterprise is seeking a professional, fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This is an office-based position located in Durg/Bhilai and is not a remote or work-from-home opportunity.

In this role, you will assist customers across North America by handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, preparing estimates and invoices, and coordinating with field technicians. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Evening shift servicing North American business hours
Shift extends into late night and typically finishes between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM, depending on operational requirements
Applicants should be comfortable working evening and late-night hours on a regular basis

Compensation & Growth

Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Salary Review: Eligible for a 20% salary increment every six months upto 30,000, based on individual performance, experience, attendance, and overall contribution to the company
Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Schedule appliance repair service appointments.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
Prepare and send customer estimates and invoices.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate daily schedules with technicians and office staff.
Maintain accurate customer records, invoices, parts orders, and communications using company software, Microsoft Office, and email.

Required Skills

Fluent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Professional telephone etiquette
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service or call center experience
Sales or appointment booking experience
Knowledge of Tally (preferred but not required)
Graduation or equivalent qualification

Important Information

This is an office-based role. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Applicants should reside in or be willing to commute to Durg/Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
