Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Fine Vibes Services Private Limited

Job Location - Durg, Chhattisgarh

Employment Type -Full-Time

Salary - ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualification and performance)

Qualification & Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of government schemes, subsidy processes, and project documentation is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Summary

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (PMO & Documentation) will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining project documentation, processing subsidy-related applications, coordinating with government departments, and ensuring timely submission of reports and project records. The candidate will gain practical exposure to project coordination, compliance management, and renewable energy project administration.

Key Responsibilities: PMO & Project Coordination

Assist the PMO team in tracking project progress and maintaining project records.
Coordinate with project teams to collect required information and documentation.
Prepare project status reports, trackers, and management dashboards.
Monitor project milestones and support timely completion of documentation requirements.

Documentation Management

Prepare, verify, organize, and maintain project-related documents.
Ensure proper filing and record management of contracts, work orders, invoices, and project reports.
Maintain both physical and digital documentation as per company standards.
Support audit and compliance documentation requirements.

Government Portal & Subsidy Management

Handle subsidy-related documentation and application processes.
Upload and update project data on government portals and departmental websites.
Coordinate with government authorities and agencies regarding project approvals and subsidy claims.
Track application status and ensure timely resolution of queries raised by authorities.
Maintain records of approvals, acknowledgements, and subsidy disbursement status.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain project databases and MIS reports.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of project-related data.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal meetings and client submissions.

Compliance & Quality Support

Ensure documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing compliance reports and supporting project audits.
Verify the accuracy of documents before submission to clients and government departments.

Learning & Development

Participate in training programs related to project management, renewable energy, documentation, and government compliance processes.
Develop expertise in project coordination, reporting, and subsidy management procedures.
