About Us

Creative Point is a dynamic and growing digital marketing company committed to helping businesses grow online. We're looking for an experienced, strategic Senior SEO Specialist to lead and elevate our SEO efforts across client and company websites.

As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will own SEO strategy end-to-end - from technical audits to execution and reporting - while mentoring junior team members and driving measurable growth in organic visibility, traffic, and rankings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead keyword research and strategy development using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Ubersuggest, aligned with client business goals
Own on-page and technical SEO audits, identifying issues around site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies spanning on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO
Lead link-building and outreach campaigns, and build/manage relationships with external partners and publishers
Guide content strategy and review SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, and landing pages written by junior team members
Manage search engine tools (XML sitemaps, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools) for advanced diagnostics and issue resolution
Analyze web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console) to derive insights, track KPIs, and report on ROI to clients and leadership
Set SEO roadmaps and priorities, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives
Mentor and review the work of junior SEO Analysts, providing training and quality checks
Collaborate with CMS/dev teams on implementing technical SEO recommendations
Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging tools, and translate them into actionable strategy
Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations directly to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, with a proven track record of driving organic growth
Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including site audits and Core Web Vitals
Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and enterprise keyword/SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Solid understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and ability to work with dev teams on implementation
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS required; familiarity with JavaScript SEO is a plus
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred
Strong client-facing communication skills — able to explain strategy and results to non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously
Self-driven, strategic thinker who stays current with algorithm changes and industry best practices
Any Degree; relevant SEO certifications a plus
