Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting property presentations, and closing sales. The successful candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking activities.
Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours for clients.
Present property features, pricing, and investment benefits effectively.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients with documentation processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or direct sales.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
