Profile Overview:

Operations Associate (Rotational Day and Night Shift) at TravClan is a key role that focuses on managing end-to-end booking and related operations across products while ensuring customer delight and timely deliverables during late/ night hours. Handling on-ground operations, increasing GMV & processing bookings on time are some of the high priority activities undertaken in Operations.

What we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc
Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
Ensure customer delight.
Demonstrate multitasking abilities

This role is not ideal for someone who is:

a fresher or a candidate with less than 6 months of full-time work experience.
not comfortable with tight timelines/targets
not disciplined to sit and work
not good at resolving customer queries or escalations
not comfortable with long working hours
not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)

The Recruitment Process:

Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.

Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30 minute group discussion round.

Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
