Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Project Coordinator to join our in-house team at our Architectural & Interior Design firm. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager/Architect and assist in the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of architectural and interior projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in project management within the architecture and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project scope.
Prepare, review, and update architectural/interior drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailing under senior supervision.
Coordinate with architects, designers, procurement teams, vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and daily follow-ups.
Assist in monitoring site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and report project progress to senior management.
Maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and trackers.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for timely completion of assigned tasks.
Identify site issues and escalate them to senior team members for resolution.
Ensure timely execution of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in an Architectural, Interior Design, or Construction firm.
Freshers with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of architectural/interior drawings, BOQs, materials, site execution, and construction processes.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for project site visits.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under senior supervision.
