2 TO 3 YEARS ( Knowledge of managing store, Inventory control, Planning scheduling of material & daily operations of their store stock, Good knowledge of Tally & Computer Skills, communication skills, inventory management making sure it runs smoothly and effectively )
MANUFACTURER OF SPECIALITY CHEMICALS WITH PRODUCT FOCUS ON INSTITUTIONAL/LAUNDRY/POULTRY/BREWERIES & BEVERAGES/DAIRY & FOOD PROCESSING & COSMETIC PRODUCTS.
1) Day to day stock maintain, Raw Material, packing material & Finished Goods its entry in tally & checking Physical stock periodically.
2) Responsible for unloading, storage and issue of Raw Material & Consumables.
3) Physically Verifying the inward material with vendor invoice / delivery challan and taking corrective action in case of shortages / excesses
4) Doing the GRN of inward material within the lead time and submitting them to finance team within the lead time for completing Invoice verification process in TALLY/SAP
5) Returning the material back to supplier in case of rejections / shortages. Expiry & Damage stock transfer entries. Daily Production entries.
6) Promptly Issuing the Raw Material & consumables on the basis of Material Issue Slips
7) Accepting the process scraps & rejections from the operations team, storing them at appropriate locations and recording in SAP.
8) Arranging for physical disposal of process scraps & rejections after receiving appropriate approval.
9) Responsible for physical count of Raw Material & Packing Material & Finished Goods.
10) Co-ordination with business manager with supply chain for Invoicing and P.O. and material related issues.
11) Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues.
12) Overall activity of inventory control, Material Inward and out ward control and planning.
13) Maintain the inventories of raw material & consumables as per FIFO system.
14) Achieving 100% stock accuracy as a custodian for the Raw Material & Packing Material & Finished Goods.
15) Monthly reconciliation of job work inventory of Raw Material & Packing Material & Finished Goods.
16) Highlight damaged slow-moving and non-moving Raw Material & Packing Material & Finished Goods, Consumable inventories on regular interval.
17) Attending Statutory Audits, Internal Audits & Global Audits. Knowledge of Team Handling
18) Monthly MIS's, Communication (written and verbal), people management, pressure tolerance, flexibility, assertiveness, planning, resourcefulness.
19) Manage stock levels & make key decisions about stock control & physical stock, Any other warehouse activity.
20) Knowledge of computer software Tally & Excel & custom clearance /Materials Management.
21) Efficient communication skill. Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
