Job Summary

The Engineer Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for audio and video installations. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform measurements, and ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and maintenance of audio and video equipment.
Perform measurements and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance of systems.
Provide technical support to clients and team members.
Document and report on installation processes and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

Completion of ITI Electrician course or equivalent.
