Plant Manager (HR, Admin & Operations)

Location: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
Experience: 12–18 Years
Qualification: MBA / MSW in HR; Operations / Law qualification preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager (HR, Admin & Operations) to manage overall plant HR, administration, industrial relations, compliance and operational coordination.

The candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, Logistics and Stores teams to ensure smooth plant operations, workforce availability, statutory compliance, audit readiness and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall Plant HR, Administration and Operations coordination.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, PMS and employee engagement.
Manage Industrial Relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters and contract labour.
Coordinate with Production and functional heads for manpower, operational readiness and plant requirements.
Manage Administration, Security, Housekeeping, Canteen, Transport and facility-related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with government authorities and manage statutory inspections and license renewals.
Ensure readiness for customer, ISO and other system audits and drive timely CAPA closure.
Monitor plant security, safety initiatives, 5S, housekeeping and facility standards.
Manage vendors, AMC contracts and administrative expenses.
Drive cost reduction and OPEX optimization across manpower, administration, transport, energy and other plant expenses.
Prepare and present MIS and management reports covering HR, Admin, Compliance, Audit, EHS and Cost.
Lead plant review meetings and coordinate with senior management for key operational issues.

Candidate Profile

12–18 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in Plant HR, Admin, IR and Operations coordination.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and industrial relations.
Experience in handling statutory inspections and customer/system audits.
Experience in contract labour and vendor management.
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and HRMS.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Silvassa, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
