A Property Consultant (Preferably-F )

Aacts as an expert advisor, guiding clients through buying, selling, or leasing real estate. They differ from traditional agents by focusing on long-term investment viability, market research, and collaborative decision-making rather than just closing quick sales.

Client Consultation: Assess client needs, financial capabilities, and investment goals to recommend viable residential or commercial properties.

Key Qualifications

Licensing: A valid state or regional real estate license/certification, as required by local jurisdictions.
Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and data-driven problem-solving abilities
