About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and digital customer acquisition.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, leads, and sales while maintaining the premium positioning of the jewellery brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage the brand's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars.
- Plan content around jewellery collections, product launches, festivals, campaigns, offers, and brand stories.
- Coordinate with the photography, design, and content teams to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, formats, and emerging social media opportunities relevant to the jewellery industry.
- Increase engagement, followers, reach, and overall brand visibility.
2. Paid Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant paid campaigns.
- Manage campaigns for brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, remarketing, and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audience research and create appropriate customer segments.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, copy, and campaigns to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the sales/e-commerce team to ensure effective conversion of digital leads.
3. Content & Campaign Marketing
- Develop creative ideas and digital campaigns for new collections, launches, festivals and special occasions.
- Create engaging captions, ad copies, social media concepts, and campaign messaging.
- Identify opportunities for Reels, short-form videos, UGC, influencer collaborations and storytelling content.
- Ensure all digital communication reflects the brand's jewellery aesthetic, tone, and positioning.
5. Website & SEO
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversions.
- Implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content optimisation, and link-building coordination.
- Work with the website/e-commerce team to improve product pages, landing pages, and customer journey.
- Monitor Google Analytics/Search Console and other relevant tools.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on social media, paid advertising, website traffic, leads, and sales.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Track key digital marketing KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data and customer behaviour to improve marketing strategies.
7. Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor competitors' digital presence, campaigns, content, advertisements, and customer engagement.
- Keep track of jewellery, fashion, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Suggest new ideas and strategies to keep the brand digitally competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing; experience with jewellery, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics, luxury branding, and jewellery/fashion content.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
