Job Description

Summary:

The Customer Service Support Specialist provides essential support across pre-sales, ensuring smooth order management, service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Strong problem-solving are key to success

You will be reporting to : TEAM LEADER, CUSTOMER CARE Noida location

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
Manage order entries, delivery schedules, and project coordination.
Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and product changes.
3+ years of experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests with stakeholders.
Handle customer calls on email and phone calls.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
work collaboratively across teams
3+ years of experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users and accuracy in data handling
Basic Knowledge in excel (can perform complex functions) and Power BI

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or CRM tools.
3+ years experience in customer support or order management.
