Job Opening: Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate 2–3 projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to ensure timely and high-quality project implementation. Experience in the education, skill development, or social development sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of 2–3 projects simultaneously.
Develop project implementation plans, timelines, and work schedules in coordination with project teams.
Coordinate with trainers, field coordinators, school authorities, government departments, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
Conduct regular field visits to review project implementation and provide guidance to project teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, dashboards, and progress updates for management and donors.
Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.
Track project budgets, resource utilization, and procurement requirements in coordination with finance and administration teams.
Organize project meetings, workshops, training programs, exposure visits, and review meetings.
Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, attendance records, and compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
Support monitoring and evaluation activities by collecting and analyzing project data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, school authorities, government officials, partners, and community stakeholders.
Mentor and support project staff to ensure effective performance and timely achievement of project milestones.
Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Master's degree in Project Management, Social Work, Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is mandatory.
Experience in the NGO, education, skill development, CSR, or social development sector will be preferred.

Required Skills

Strong project planning and coordination skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
Experience in MIS reporting, documentation, and data management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Willingness to travel for project monitoring and field visits.

Preferred Skills

Experience in donor-funded or CSR projects.
Knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practices.
Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems and project management tools.
Experience working with schools, government departments, and community-based organizations.
