We are looking for a creative and highly organized Event Planner to join our growing team.

Job Overview

The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including live shows, corporate events, weddings, artist appearances, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists, decorators, caterers, and technical teams for event arrangements.
Prepare event timelines, schedules, and execution plans.

Client Management

Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budgets.
Provide creative ideas and event solutions tailored to client expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Vendor & Venue Management

Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.
Manage contracts, bookings, and payment schedules related to events.

Budget Management

Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
Track event-related expenses and maintain proper financial records.

Logistics & Operations

Oversee all event logistics including transportation, accommodation, equipment setup, permits, and on-site coordination.
Ensure timely execution and troubleshoot operational issues during events.

Promotion & Marketing Support

Coordinate with marketing teams for event promotions, social media campaigns, and audience engagement activities.
Assist in creating promotional materials and event branding strategies.

Team Coordination

Work closely with internal departments, artists, performers, and production teams.
Supervise event staff and ensure efficient task delegation during event execution.

Post-Event Reporting

Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports on event performance, feedback, and improvements.
Analyze event success and suggest recommendations for future events.

QualificationsExperience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event planning, event management, hospitality, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines efficiently.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
